Jim Rohn was and still a famous motivational speaker, born in Yakima, Washington, to Emanuel and Clara Rohn.

He left college after just one year and started his professional life by working as a stock clerk for a department store, he also worked as a distributor for a company and then go on and become the Vice President for Nutri-Bio.

When Nutri-Bio went out of business, Rohn entered the world of motivational speaking, telling his story of “rag to riches”.

He has mentored many international speaker such as Mark R. Hughes and life coach Tony Robbinsin the late 1970s. Others who credit Rohn for his influence on their careers include authors Mark Victor Hansen and Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup book series), author/lecturer Brian Tracy, Todd Smith, and T. Harv Eker. He was and still one of the greatest motivational speaker in the world. Jim died on December 5, 2009.
